Greetings,
I am working on a default screen for clients. My desire is they have tickets, reports and the public calendar available to them. I see where I can configure rights for the reports and calendar.
I have to login as the client and add tickets to the dashboard for each time. (they are not always clever enough to figure this out themselves) Is there a way to have tickets default to show on client or new user dashboards?

at the moment no, but in version 1.6 there will be Common Reports that you can assign to user groups.
