Lately I am getting the below error message when I try to login to the database. Can you please advise as to what this is? Thanks!!!!
Error: (1040) Too many connections
Please check database settings in "config/database.php" file.

It means app can't connect to database. This is hosting issue. Try to restart your server or contact to hosting support.
