GRID View incorrect in Explorer

Hi, good morning,
Has anyone noticed that, in Internet Explorer, the Grid listing doesn't display properly? Admittedly, our organisation is probably using an old version (11.0.9600) and still stuck on Windows 7, but shouldn't the CSS styling apply, even to older browsers? I've attached two stills to illustrate.

Hopefully someone could suggest a fix. I know enough about CSS to be dangerous, so I can edit some if required.

You have to use Edge.
