[IMPORTANT] bugs after update to 3.4.1

Hi everyone,
in the timeline, when the filter panels are reset, the "info" icon next to the user in the rows doubles, triples, quadruples depending on how many times you click on reset filter
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it?

also i have a number of small problems, after the update including the one described above, report designer returning 500 server error, error loading data popups, chat notifications are constantly multiplying

Please update to 3.4.2. Issue with icon should be fixed. Let me know.
