Hi you made the change so that grouped user fields could be used with the record visibility function however when we use the grouped user field for this function rather than granting access based on the list selection in the user record , the user doesnt get access unless they are a listed user in record field in the list. we were hoping to treat this field the same as any other list for record visibility ?
As we only wanted to load one user against the records to generate emails but allow other users to view the record based on the matching selection in their user account.
