Hey Sergey,
In the mail integration feature, email attachments sent from a Microsoft exchange server get uploaded without an extension and file's actual name, like so:
receiving an email from non exchange server (like Gmail, and others) pulls attachments correctly.

By the way, I use Gmail mailbox in mail integration.
