I chnge for this:

0 0,12 * * * /usr/local/bin/php -d max_execution_time=18000 -q /home/gestao/my.site.com/cron/backup.ph

and bkp cron is OK

0 0,12 * * * /usr/local/bin/php -d max_execution_time=18000 -q /home/gestao/my.gestaocare.com/cron/backup.ph

You have to execute update for Extension too.
