The Rukovoditel web application / ERP-CRM is offered completely free from Rukovoditel without the extension however the database must be designed from the beginning to fit your needs and can be designed by the user in any which way without any restrictions.

For this database to work the Rukovoditel Extension is required!!!!

We have spend countless hours designing the database to create a private investigate case management system to fit the needs of an individual to a large investigative company.

Other companies offering a private investigative system in the market give you a database with limitations and charge on a monthly fee ranging from $20 up to $400 per month depending on amount of users, clients, cases added per month etc.

We offer this template completely free to add to your Rukovoditel installation!!

We also offer this database in our servers if you do not have one for a yearly low cost charge plus a one time setup fee. Please contact us for further information at cms@njfgroup.net.

AFTER RUKOVODITEL & EXTENSION INSTALLATION:

DO NOT RENAME THE DOWNLOAD. Click on Tools>Database Backup>Restore DB from File and select the file you download.

WHEN FIRST INSTALLING, CASE REQUEST INFORMATION SUCH AS COMPANY NAME AND NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE UPDATED WITH YOUR INFORMATION (Extension>Public Forms>EDIT).

ALSO, COMPANY MUST BE ADDED AT (CONFIGURATION>APPLICATION) AND COMPANY AND EMAIL MUST BE UPDATED AT (CONFIGURATION>EMAIL OPTIONS).

RUKOVODITEL EXTENSION IS REQUIRED!!
