User Agreement Text in Public Form

Dear Sergey,

I have a public form with many form tabs.

"Form Wizard" and "Display progress bar" are active. My progress bar has 7 steps.

The problem is as follows.

The "User Agreement text" in Public Form is shown in all tabs of the form. Is it possible to show it in the last tab/step?

In the current situation, users think that, it is a different and trying to read and read.
