Database error when adding a Form Tab

Hi all,

I'm receiving this database error whenever I attempt to add a form tab in Form Configuration. See attached

Database Error - 1054

You have to update database /install/autoupdate/from_3.4_to_3.5.php

Hi Sergey,

I have updated to 3.5.2 from 3.5.1, and when I try to add a form tab i get the same error.

Confirming I am using 3.5.2

Hmm.

I just ran /install/autoupdate/from_3.4_to_3.5.php as you said and it worked.

I must have missed it when I originally upgraded to 3.5 ages ago.
