Assign highlight rows and fields to user groups

Good day, highlighting rows and fields is a very nice and useful functionality, however they apply to all user groups. When you share certain listings, for example, with your customers, they see a very colorful list which they do not know the meaning of and they get confused. If we can assign those rules to certain user access groups, it will be much more meaningful. Sorry if there is any way of doing that and I am missing. Thank you.
