Edit field in action 2 times in form

I have an action with manually editing a field, and the field is showing 2 times in the action form.

Strange. Try to remove row and add new row again.

I tried that. The fields disappears at first, but when exit the form configuration and enter again, it appears again in "fields in form", like it doesn't know it's already assigned in the form.

Did some more testing, looks like this is happening when the field is in last column with width 15%, but only when there are 5 or 6 columns
