Automate Actions Clone to New Entity not triggering Mailchimp.

Post by s980845 »

I have a huge database of contacts, i wanted to add them to a "Mailchimp Contacts" entity.
When using automate actions to clone the required fields, it doesn't get added to mailchimp.

Yes, it's true. Clone action means you transfer exist data so no reason to force Mailchimp again.

The main entity already has all the contacts we need, but mailchimp doesn't detect it unless a new entry is added.
So we tried using automate actions to create a new entry in another entity that would then send that data to mailchimp.
Updating entries doesn't cause the data to be sent to mailchimp, and there is no automated action to force the data to mailchimp.

Unless there is another way to have ruko send the data to mailchimp for an existing entity with contacts in it, then idk what to do.

Just export contacts and import them to mailchimp in xls file for example.

I guess we could do that.
We were just hoping for more integration into the framework with Mailchimp.
Thank You!
