Solved - Bug with multilevel list

Hi,

There is a little issue with the list. I use a global list (no option by default), and field is not required.
The second level already displays the values, I can choose it and save, and the first level is not here.
With normal list (not global), I think there is no bug.

Ok, really weird because when I click "Sélectionnez" (first list) values in the second list disappear (so maybe there is an issue at the init ?)

Click on 'add project', field 'country/region' : when you click on region, there are values by default ; and when you click on a country, then 'select a country', second list is now cleared.

I see looks like it users fist option of dropdown. I will check in future.
