Hello Sergey

We have a unit used for signing documents and contracts, through the "Approve" field

When the signature is made by computer, the signature image appears perfectly.

When done on a mobile IOS device the image is not displayed (on android devices it works)
Can you let me know how to resolve the issue?

Which browser do you use? Can you try in other browser?

Hello Sergey

The error happens in the original browser (safari).

When using another browser like Google Chrome it worked perfectly.

Tested on ios 12.5.6 (iPad air) and works ok for me.
If you use older then try to update.
