Global list ("tag") sorting issue

Hi,
This issue seems to be as my previous post here : viewtopic.php?t=4347
I don't know if it's an issue or not, but the sorting with a global list is based on ID and not on name (alphabetical order).
Is it normal ? It's really annoying :/
