Sub-Entity Records Disappearing Randomly

I have an entity with a Nested Entity Form field to add records into a sub-entity during creation for invoices. I have an issue with a specific entity & user where after they add a record, something happens either during the process of creating the record (or shortly after), the sub-entity record gets removed and the parent still exists. The Nested Entity Form field is a required field. The user/group does not have any access to delete anything in the system and none of the logs in Rukovoditel or on the server/panel are showing anything related to this. It does not happen to all of the records they create.

I have a total of 4 parent entities set up in the same way and only one of them has the issue and always the same user who created the record. The user only has access to the entity that has the issue.

Any ideas? Our accounting team is having a lot of problems with this.

Hard to say what it can be. If only one user have this issue probably it related to his browser? Can you try it in other browser?
