Right next to the database backup I would suggest a backup for user avatars, logos, uploads or documents (if they are not kept in the database) This would make a restore, rebuild or move very easy.

it's not possible, the application can have to many attachments with large size and it's not possible to backup them by one click...
be careful by moving or removing source and never remove 'uploads' folder, this is the main rule.
