I always backup and restore using CPANEL

It looks like you are using backup from different version.

Backup from ver 1.9.1 and restore to ver 1.9.1

Please advise

Restore it from phpmyadmin under cpanl at the moment. I will look to this issue. At the moment I can't reproduce but I will check on different servers and I found issue I will fix it.
