Failed Update 3.2.1 to 3.3.1

i've upgrade and follow step by step procedure , i also have extension, i updated the main apps first then the extensions.
execute the script but when finished and i open again, the program shows errors "Rukovoditel version 3.3 or greater is required for Extension 3.3. Please update your version of Rukvoditel."
please advise.
