I always failed to setup notification as picture attached

First, you have to use secure connection. Then I want to say it's hard to use gmail smpt in webserver because it can be rejected in security reason.

Thank you for your response, Now its success to send email (pic attached)
But member of this tools never receive for:
- New Project
- New Task
- New Comment
- New Status of progress

Anything I should setup except as picture attached although I setup in entity field to send notification include if I make new field for dropdown object for new status of task

Notifications sends to assigned users only.
Dropdown field have option "Notify when changed"
