chat not work ,did;nt diplay user

only group user can chat

and when assign multi group show the higher privilege group only

and i want change time format to 12 hours instead of 24 hours

i mean only member of group only appear when select user in chat and when enable multi group and insert user in multi group its appear high group not all users

and please i want to change time format to 12 hours

You can assign user to conversation who have access to chat only.
