Re: Masive export of attachments
So, It took somewhat longer than promised, Sorry.
The massive export is meant to export all records of an entity including the attached fieles.
I had to provide this option for an issue tracking system were images and documents have been used for providing additional information for the issue and evidence for the closure.
So you need an entity with fields like attachement, image ...
Than you need an export template for this entity. Create it under [Extention][Templates][Template to Export].
Under [Template Info] I have selected ZIP for "Save as", "Bild" is teh attachent to be exported (in my case I did not have files/attachments). "Comments" can be added, if you use comments on the entity and want to export them too. Further I created an export template to export the fileds to a PDF document.
If you now filter for the records of your entity which shall be exported you than can select the ZIP-icon: Please pay attention that the export may take some time depending on the number of records. The execution limits for PHP scripts need to be extenden if needed.
PLease try it out and let me know if it works for you.

Not the result I want, I mean, how to "tools" "Database Backup" Create Backup, backup all data, including user avatar pictures, attachment files, attached images, settings information. Otherwise, it is not a backup. There is only one SQL file in the multi-backup ZIP here.
How do I go about migrating?

In the Rukovoditel system there is no option for a complete backup.
The database backup only stores the database which can be restored afterwords.
Files, images and so on are not stored in the database.
These files are stored under .../uploads in the root directory of the instance (on the bottom end of the list).
For one of my projects I had to store the database for an restore on another host. I copied the...\upload folder to the new instance too and it worked after restoring the database.
The database backup itself ends up as file under ...\backup (see screenshot below).
I recommend to backup the file system of your instance with the tools your hoster provides (maybe with a cron job or similar).

Re: Masive export of attachments
This method can only be used for the time being, thank you very much.
But as an important system,
Support for full backups and migrations is very good and secure,
Its multi-directory storage is regular, when exporting data, execute the required attachment directories to package into ZIP, complete backup should also be required by a system.

Re: Masive export of attachments
By doing a migration practice, binary files, basically cannot be migrated through conventional methods such as backup, which is very unfriendly, and I hope to give the option to migrate data and export all binary files

Dear yaoying.
I think it's worth to open a new thread here under suggestions.
If it is of high importance to you, you may donate the development of this function, as did for the massive export of attachments.
Regards Eberhard
