Slow to load pages

Today and last Wednesday our three instances of Ruko have slowed to an almost crawl. We are on 3.2 and run three different instances on 3 different servers. All the servers profile fine in terms of MySQL, CPU, php, etc.

When the instances are running slowly we also can't get to the rukovoditel.net website.

Wondering if it is a call to check the license for the extension, or another call to the rukovoditel.net server that is timing out?

Sergey we've been noticing this as well. It started July 19th with random interruptions / slow downs. Then yesterday and today it has gotten quite bad. Our web developer was not able to identify any issues on their end (including AWS). They restarted the sql server but the slow downs are still happening. It seems completely random. We are still on v3.1

Hi Sergey, we applied the update a few hours ago and so far there has not been any issues. I'll reply back tomorrow to let you know if anything changes.

Sergey we ran into one issue after installing the patch. I had a report on multiple users Dashboards and they all got the same error message. I disabled the report and the error message stopped. The reports checks if the user has any outstanding RGA's (return good authorizations) processed in the past 3 to 8 months. There is a date filter being applied in the report.

The report has been working normally up until now. I'm not sure if its related to the patch but Its odd that this just started.

Sergey we ran into one issue after installing the patch.

This issue not related to this path. This problem in mysql query.
On next week 3.2.1 version will be released. If this problem will be not fixed, create new topic and we will try to sort out where issue is.
