Comment Icon Missing

Hi, I've just noticed the comment icon placed next to a task name when a comment has been made is now missing

I've tried looking for setting but cannot

Just click CTRL+F5 to reset css, or clear cache or try in other browser.
If problem still exist then provide screenshot.

Actually I was playing a bit more and found that in the listing configuration for the task you need to set heading as the task name then it comes back again.
