Image Crop and Size Tool

Is there any way to add an image Crop and Sizing tool to the images.

At present we have to take people's images and download them then crop and size them then upload them again

Takes a bit of time. Is there any way that we can add a tool to do this while they are uploading or while it is up online in the file.

Any ideas would be appreciated or can we pay to get this done?

There is crop function for user profile photo. I think I can add the same function for image field type. It will be ok way?

That would work well. Can we pay you something for doing that?

We would need to be able to set the crop aspect ratio or just give you the ratio as it is always the same

I have added this feature in plan, but don't sent donation for this yet. I'm working for report designer feature. This is complex feature and I will be busy about 3 weeks I think. Remember me letter, please.
