This is not app error. This error means app can't access to MySql server. Probably it's reboot or something else.

mmm...server or database looks normal, by the way I need to share login as admin to other person to do analysis , due to other person is hosting company, can I creat a username but the person only have access to Tools menu to test database backup.

no, only admin have access to backup tool.

do you mean you have this error each time when you try create backup?
maybe database is too large?
can you try create backup using phpmyadmin, for example (you can do it under cpanel of your hosing)?

Total backup 4.8 megs, but if i refresh the backup there. Afraid to restore will make other problem.
