Access forbidden when i am trying to download the print template

Hi i have made a template for download one invoice and a automate acction with a button for download. When i click on the button it says i dont have access. I have tried with chrome and mozilla, and with a normal user and with the admin user and is the same . Thank you.

Make sure use has access to automate action and to print template.
