Hey Sergey,

I am having trouble exporting (template to export) to a docx with the format I type my report in rukovoditel. In rukovoditel, I type everything how I need it (see attachement "Report Typed")..... however when I export it everything clumps up together (see attachment "Case Export Format)... how can I fix this?

Can't reproduce it. I have created html template and export it to docx file it it works ok for me.

Try to create docx template, not html.

Yes, I am creating a DOCX not HTML.

Ok, wait for 2.9. I have updated source that generate docx and this issue should be fixed.

Finally I have found this issue. Unpack archive in folder where app is installed.
Let me know if it fixed now.

Unfortunately it did not work....
I added the zip file to the main Ruko folder and extracted it but the report when generating in DOCX is still all bunched up.... see screenshots.

Do you use 2.9.1 version? If no then please update to 2.9.1 (just replace all files)
and then apply this patch again.

Yes, I got 2.9.1 ruko and extension.
