CRITICAL | Login resolves back to log in screen

No Access - When I or anyone attempts to log in the screen appears to refresh and removes the typed responses. I can log in to my testing install but not the live site. What do I do?

Session is not started. Try to clear browser cache. Try in other browsers.
In config/server.php there are some session settings.

so I can log in if I use an incognito window. Thank you for that. I did clear cache before I messaged you and that did not work. I will attempt to clear again and have my team clear cache and report back

After a cache clear I rebooted my machine and I am back in. I do not know why clearing cache didn't work before but it is now. Thank you for you speedy response. and thanks for such a great tool.
