To-do list bug when there are duplicates

Hello,

The To-do list field has a bug when items in the list are duplicates of each other (i.e. are identical).

For example, if all the items are duplicates, if I tick one of the checkboxes and refresh the page, all items with the same name will be ticked. The same occurs when unticking.

Similar bugs occur when the items in the list are substrings of one another (e.g. "Testing", "Testing1", and "Testing2"). Strange side effects occur when I refresh the page in this case: e.g. truncation of the string, additional asterisks are added to the front of the string, or random items become ticked or unticked.
