No bachup or restore possible.

Hi Sergey,

from 2.7 onwards it is not possible to backup or restore the databases.
Could you give me a hint how to fix this?
I have tried a fresh installation without any success.

You have to install app to fresh database without extra tables.
Now you can restore database using phpmyadmin.

I have tired that just now.
Result:
Import via phpmyadmin ok.
Login failed.

Now you have to update your database to 2.6 and then to 2.7

does not seam to be that simple. No I get this:
I have also tried to back up a fresh 2.7.2 installation and even this destroyes the database with the same messages.

You have to also run http://[your-site]/install/autoupdate/from_2.5_to_2.6.php
and if you have extension http://[your-site]/install/ext_autoupdate/from_2.5_to_2.6.php
