Add New Field dedicated for groups

Post by fahmisalim »

Dear Support,

Some time in each project need to some information which in other project is not needed, so I would suggest that in field configuration when we add new field we can also choose only group created can see and fill in that field.

sample:
Add New Field Check Box with Name "Maintenance Step" and in this field only maintenance group can access it to fill that field and other group cannot even the cannot see this field.

This suggestion is to prevent we alway create new entity in every different character project.

Sorry its just my 2 cent....

Cheers...

Dear Support,

My suggestion is not about to solve long form to submit a project, but for make field privilege.
Sample:
Create Field for Check List Field with Name Field is Maintenance Step, this field can fill only for "maintenance" user group not for other group.

When someone from "Maintenance" user Group login to create a project, in the form will show Check List Field with Name Field is Maintenance Step. but if someone login from other group, this field will not show
