Time Field needs to be able to set size of field ?- looks strange compared to the other fields

Hi for this field - it should be the same size as normal calendar field maybe ?
Also we need to be able to set a default time like we do for dates , for both date fields and this it would be good to set this in seconds like we do when working in dates normally , so we can set a default for [today] + 1 hour for example.
