Character garbled in Japanese email

Japanese characters are garbled in notification emails on 1.7.
This happened in previous version.
Please update PHPMail module.

yes, I remember about this issue, and before release 1.7 I have updated PHPmailer lib to version 5.2.15 and tested in Japanese,Utf,Arabic and all works ok on my server.
Looks like issue with server configuration and at the moment it hard to say what is it.

you can fond archive with PHPMailer 5.2.7 that is works ok on your server
So do the same action as before (looks like it will be required action fro you after upgrade)
