The icons for Table / List / Grid / Mobile icons are present and accessible in the Parent View (https://i.imgur.com/TXLzNCX.png). I am seeing a number "1" (dead link) in all subentity views above the table / list etc - (https://i.imgur.com/6iYoD4N.png).

Sorry, can't reproduce this issue. Can you do fresh install 2.5.2 and see if this issue exist?

Found this issue. File from archive replace to modules\reports\views\
