Database error after deleting copied report

I copied an existing report using the extension common reports copy function, as per picture:

The attachment Annotation 2019-07-17 135025.png is no longer available

Then I tried to delete the report and, accounts that are members of the report's access group, get the following database error:

Accounts that are not part of the report's access group are not affected.

The issue is also linked to the dashboard. If the original report was displayed in the dashboard the error comes up. In my case, the original report display a counter in the dashboard and also as a notification in the header.

I restored the database from a backup and deleted the original report instead of the copy and still had the same problem.

I restored the database from a backup again also tried modifying the report's configuration before deleting it. I removed the ticks from the header and dashboard but still had the same database error problem.

If I copy and then delete a report that was not originally shown in the dashboard the error doesn't happen.

Hi Sergey

I am wondering if this is an issue related to my database configuration (selection of tables and fields). I have tried several things but haven't managed to fix it and honestly don't think that I did something to corrupt the database. My guess is that the delete method is not completing successfully.

If it helps I can provide a copy of my database for debugging purposes via private message, together with instructions of what I am doing to reproduce the error message. Will it help?

This is the error. I have tried twice to load more pictures with the steps but the forum GUI says that the attachment is not available
