I'm sorry to say this. But still, the export command only came up with index.php file only.
I tried to export 1 user record (admin) but the result is the same.

Looks like something block export in your PC

I don't think that' the problem either.
My company have another web app for sales. It can export files to Excel just fine.
I've also try to Export with and without AV turned on, but it has no effect.

And this app installed on xampp on your local PC?

It's from another network from another town.
I don't really know how it works but to access the application, we need to enter the IP address for the application to open.

There is no errors, this is not shared server where I can connect and debug issue...
Not sure if it helps, but you can try to use other local sever, not xampp.
