Error installing 2.6

Hi I had 2.6 Beta running fine but now on installing 2.6 to our test site I am getting the following error ?
This page isn’t working xxxxxxxxx.co.nz redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This is fresh install or you are doing update?

Make sure extension loaded to /plugins folder
Many users did mistake and load it to root folder.
