Unable to update database update run to 2.4 [Solved]

I'm newbie in Rukovoditel. I have tried to follow the instruction update in this https://www.rukovoditel.net/new_release.php?version=2.4. I unpack the archive and paste in folder xampp7/htdocs/ruko

I found that kind of error after I type http://[your-site]/install/autoupdate/from_2.3_to_2.4.php

Is there anyone who can help?

Just want to update that in other forum Sergey already answer that he will update Rukovoditel in XAMMP version in a few days. So it's better I close this issue.

Xampp version is updated.

Now it uses latest version 2.4.1
