Hour difference (solved)

Hi Sergey,

I think I found a bug with the Hour Difference field.

1 Steps to reproduce
Enter Start time 2019-07-06 11:30
Enter End time 2019-07-06 12:00

1 Expected behaviour
The Hour Difference field should display 0,50

1 Actual behaviour
The Hour Difference field displays 1,00 » this is not correct

Please note the difference when you change the time:

So, when calculating from a starting time that starts at hh:30 and ends at hh:00, the Hour Difference field shows a wrong result.
A calculation from a starting time hh:00 until hh:30 gives the correct result.

Rukovoditel 2.3.1
Extension 2.3.1

Isn't the hour difference part of this extension?
Softaculous installed me for this as the latest version

I think this issue should be fixed in 2.4
2.4 is not released yet. there is only beta version.
