The save process is long

I had a problem when I saved, when the save process took a very long time, just loading it, and the save process could be up to 1 or 2 minutes.
when the save process is complete, the record saved becomes 2 or 3 records and the contents are the same.
how do i solve this problem?
I use Version 2.4 Beta 2
Previously in version 2.3 there was no problem during the save process, not long like this, is this part of the Bug or not?

Can you turn off option "Use email notification" in Email Option page and check again.

All Main entities, we need email notification On, if Off how user can get notification?

Just turn it off and test save process. After testing you can back it on. We need to be sure this is not email notification.

Yups, when i disable Email Notification, progress save go Fast

It means the problem is in sending email function. Did you use SMTP? If so then try another SMTP server.
