[created_by] variable doesn't work in SMS Rules

I'm not sure it's a bug or bad config error, but in the Telegram module --> Sending SMS Rules, [created_by] variable does not work. See attached images ...

Just did test on 2.4 and it works ok. Looks like I already fixed this issue.

Hi, I have been doing more tests, and I have seen that it works well only when the user that modifies record is the user that created the item. If it's not the one who created it, the error shows again.

Regardless of this, it may not be [created_by] the correct field we need. We need put in the Telegram message name of the user who made the modification in the record that causes the message .. Is this possible?

Possible. Added in 2.4 where you can use [current_user_name] - it's means current logged user who did modification.
