[New] or blinking notification for Comments

Hey!

I was wondering if a blinking notification can be build to make more noticeable when someone adds a new comment on a task or project.

It would be really helpful when new comments are added like saying "HEY, I'M HERE!"

The icon shows a comment, but if a new comment is added, there's no way of noticing that unless you keep checking the task.

If this does not make any sense, please let me know so I ca rephrase the idea.

yes, now it's clear
at the moment there is email notification for assigned users but in future I already have plan to create Activity Report + Notification page
