Sub-Entity not showing in Navigation-Entity Bar

I have a sub-entity not showing in the nav-entity bar. Its the only one not showing. I can add or remove other sub-entities and it's not affected by this. I can get to the sub-entity if I add it to the menu.

I even went into the app_nested_entities_menu and verified that the entities id is located in the column.

It appears to only be affecting this one entity. If I add new entity it will appear.

Any ideas?

Edit Entity and set flag "Display in Menu"

Disregard this was the Sub Entities -> Hide in the top menu configuration. This can be closed!
