Image doesn't show in template export

I have the same problem as seen in this ticket viewtopic.php?t=2971

but the solution doesn't work, in fact if I load the file almost everything disappears

my version is 3.5.1

I see the preview images but when I generate the PDF they are not there and I have applied all the solutions present in the forum

I'm having the same issue with this. If I use the Export function the photos will show, but when I design a report for export to PDF or Word, the images show up as the box with an X.
