E-mail notification for automatic tasks when I am assigned myself

If a task is created automatically where I am assigned myself, I do not receive a notification.

I find this very unfortunate. Is there a way to ensure that the assigned persons are always informed when a task is created automatically? I think that this would be useful in any case.

Or can this be set somewhere for automatically created tasks?
