Needing for Form to Form Calculations

I'm setting up different multi forms 1,2 and 3 with a calculated total on each using a JS Formula. I need some help with forms-to-forms calculations in order to total of all calculations on one main form as a financial statement. While JS Formula works on each form, it does not work form to form. I tried MySQL Formula and Query and its not working. I'm guessing I'm not creating the right Query. Any help would be appreciated..
