Filter Panels bug in Report Designer on Dashboard

Dear Sergey,

I have added 2 reports (prepared by Report Designer) to Dashboard (by Configure Dashboard > Section settings).

Both reports have "Filter by entity 1" and as you can see from the screenshot, I can not open one of the dropdown filters. Have the same problem when adding the reports to Common Reports Groups.

Found issue. File from archive replace to plugins\ext\classes\report_page\

We have another problem. After the update, the filter_by_entity is not working. It shows nothing. Could you please check.

[filter_by_entity1] variable has no value.
