Hi,
I'm new to the Extensions and I've added an automated action to process completed tasks.
I followed the documentation video example as closely as possible.
The button is created and displays ok in the comments section but when I add a display filter for it to only show if a task status includes a certain value, the button displays for every task regardless of its status. I have also tried filtering by other criteria but the button remains.
Do you have any suggestions as to why this isn't working?
Is there any specific information I can provide help find the cause?
It's probably something simple I've overlooked.
Thanks.

Hi
Maybe another filter blocks the task filter. Did you try to remover other filters ?

Re: Automated Actions Filter Problem
Thanks for the response.
There is only the one filter applied to the Automated Actions.
Other filters exist for reports display but surely those wouldn't interfere?

Create an example in personal demo and give me the link to the demo https://www.rukovoditel.net/demo.php
I will look.
